Nap Time Help Needed
Wyatt is not much of a napper. He loves his "cat naps". Needless to say it is impossible for me to get anything done. I have tried a lot of tricks and nothing has worked that great. Last week I found the answer, sleeping in the boppy! He sleeps a little bit longer and it is so cute to watch. To all you moms out there if you have any tricks to get your babies to sleep longer I would love to hear them. His longest nap has been a little over an hour and he had tylenol in him! It only happened twice most of his naps are 20 minutes.

4 Months
Today was Wyatt's 4 month check up and shots. Lance and I decided to alter his vaccines. Instead of 6 shots everyother month we do 3 shots every month, it has worked out great for us. Wyatt is 18 pounds 7.2 ounces and 26 1/4 inches long. He is in the 90th percentile in height and a little over the 95th percentile in weight (no shock there). I took a picture of him on the scale just for proof. The Doctor also told us to give him water everyday because of his size for his age he needs extra fluids and we can't give him more formula, and I have reached my max with breast feeding. I could win a breast feeding marathon at this point! Basically he needs fluid not calories due to his "Stay Puffed Marshmellow Man" size!

To Clear Things Up
I was reading some of your comments on the "Like Father Like Son" post. I realized that I didn't label who was who. Lance is the first picture and Wyatt is the second, for some reason I thought that was clear but I am not sure, due to reading the comments.
Also a BIG CONGRATS to my dear friend Annie and her husband Romy who were blessed with a beautiful baby girl (Reagan). Wyatts future girlfriend!

OC Beach Weekend
We had a mini MacDonald reunion down in OC. Being there made me miss it so much but we had a lot of fun seeing some of the fam. All the kids had a blast playing in the sand and water. Some of the kids learned to surf down in Dana Point which was so fun to watch. Wyatt spent most of his time in his beach tent rolling around I think we are raising a beach bum and future surfer.

Big Baby = New Car Seat
So as many of you know Wyatt is huge! We weighed him on Friday and we don't know ounces but he is 18 pounds!! Needless to say he is about to outgrow his infant car seat so we have to buy a convertible one. I did a bunch of research and then gave my cousin a call. She does A LOT of it herself and found the #1 rated car seat on the market. When it comes to safety and Wyatt I don't mess around. I decided to order it from an online retailer (hipmonkey.com) all the proceeds for the car seat go to children who need them as well plus no shipping or sales tax..SCORE! Lance wanted to see what the seat looked like and play around with it so we went to babies r us to take a look. We found the seat and I went to go grab a teething ring for Wyatt when I came back this is what I found...
Lance and Wyatt thought they should take it for a "test drive". I could not stop laughing this was so funny to see! There were a few people around who found it funny as well. Leave it to Lance to stick our kid on the display shelf. This is not the color we are buying the one I am getting is all black but we got the idea! I think Wyatt enjoyed it though.
