Monterey

We spent last weekend at the beach house in Pacific Grove and had a blast. A good amount of the MacDonald clan was there to hangout. We hung out at the beach, went on a sunset walk which was beautiful. I felt like I spent most of the weekend feeding Wyatt! He is out of control HUGE and eats constantly most people are shocked when I tell them how much he eats. The best part of my weekend was at the beach when we were able to see a Sea Otter cracking shells and eating right off the beach. I LOVE to see animals in their natural habitat it is amazing.

The kids love looking for sea creatures at the beach

Chino got more love then I think he liked!

A Wedding & A Blessing

We spent last week up in Danville for my friend Jen's wedding and to bless Wyatt in my parents ward. The wedding was awesome and the bride looked amazing. I can't wait because Michelle is next and I am the maid of honor...YAHOOO! We had a really fun week, we went to the Good Guys show. Lance was so proud to have Wyatt at his first car show. He wants to start him off right. We also blessed Wyatt, we were lucky to have so many family and friends there to be in the circle. Wyatt is truely blessed to have so many people who care about him. A special thanks to: Glenn, Bruce, Troy, Ladd, Dane(Big), Greg, Ben, Johnny, and Matt for helping with the blessing. Jacob was our mic holder which was awesome since Lance held the mic for Jacob's blessing! We were also able to stop by my Uncle's house in San Jose so his family could meet Wyatt it was a great way to end our trip Lance, Me, Michelle, and soon to be hubby Scott
He is so cute!

Wide Awake

Since Wyatt is almost 1 month old he has been spending more time awake. He loves his rain forest playmat. It has a mirror on it so he can stare at himself. I can't blame him he is so cute who wouldn't want to look at that face all day? Wyatt has also taken a love to Chino, if Chino gets close enough Wyatt will grab him. He pulled Chino's ear the other day and Chino just sat there. What a great dog we have. Here are some random pics of Wyatt at play

Wyatt Jack MacDonald

Wyatt entered this world at 9:37 am. He weighs 8 pounds 11 ounces and is 20 inches long. The c-section went as planed with no problems. Becky is recovering from all the drugs and little Wyatt is enjoying life. Thanks to the MacDonald genes Wyatt's head is 15 cm around. All nurses could say is "that is big head". We are grateful for modern medicine. Thank you all for your support and prayers.

He sucks his toes!

C Section

So we went in for our weekly Dr.'s appointment and did an ultra sound to check on the baby. Much to our shock since the last time we checked several weeks ago the baby has moved and is now breech! What my doc thinks happened is that the baby hit a big growth spurt and no longer fit so he moved up so he would fit better. Needless to say I will be having a C section on Thursday so that baby will be here soon. We also know that this baby is all MacDonald since his head is measuring off the charts (MacDonald trait..big heads) and the ultra sound is projecting his weight at 9lbs 1oz (another MacDonald trait). Please say prayers that all goes well and we have one healthy baby boy.
